Print Media: Print media will be located in the Charles Schwab Field Omaha Press Box, located on Press Level. Media seating is not assigned.

Postgame Press Conference: Postgame press conferences will be held following the conclusion of each game. Head coaches and select players will be available in press conferences following their cooling-off periods. Any additional requests must be made through school communication directors. The order of appearance for postgame press conferences will be the losing team first, followed by the winning team. If a team is scheduled to play in a game immediately following a game in which it has just played, it will not appear in the first game’s press conference.

Radio: Radio will be seated in the main press box directly behind home plate on press level. Four radio broadcast booths are available. ISDN and Ethernet lines will be provided. These locations are accessible from the field level tunnel and/or field. Photographers are NOT permitted to photograph from the field or from the top of the dugouts. Local Television Outlets: Broadcast rights for all games of the Big Ten Baseball Tournament belong to BTN. Other television outlets are permitted to film game action, so long as there is no interference with BTN’s live broadcast. A maximum of two minutes (2:00) of game video footage (without audio) may be utilized during the seven days following the conclusion of the game solely within regularly scheduled bona fide news programming distributed via television, and may not be distributed via the internet, wireless or other forms of media. Local Television outlets can shoot game action from the first and third-base wells located on the end of each dugout. Professional Scouts: MLB professional franchises must purchase tickets to the Big Ten Baseball Tournament. A professional scout shall not receive a complimentary admission/credential, nor request a seat in the area designated specifically for the media or press. Scouts can receive complimentary team information and game stats during the tournament by contacting Megan Althoff (mrowley@bigten.org). Seats are held in Section 112 for professional scouts.

Tickets for the tournament can be purchased at Charles Schwab Field Omaha starting one hour prior to the start of the first game each day. Tickets are now on sale for all-session tickets and group tickets. Single game tickets will go on sale May 18th at 10 am CT. Please call the MECA Box Office (800-745-3000) or visit Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com. Fans will be permitted one re-entry per day.

Spectator Parking: All game day parking will be available in the various parking lots surrounding Charles Schwab Field Omaha. Parking is $10.00 per vehicle, per day. Vehicles will NOT be allowed to leave the lot and re-enter without being charged again.

To ensure safety for all participants and fans, Charles Schwab Field Omaha is a clear bag policy venue. Please ensure visiting fans are aware of the policy below to provide them with the safest and most enjoyable experience. Charles Schwab Field Omaha will wand guests prior to entering the facility. All persons and bags are subject to search. - Clear, uncolored plastic tote-bags will be permitted, or guests may use a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar). Additionally, guests may also bring opaque small or clutch-sized purses/wallets, not exceeding 4.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches long, after proper security screening. Only one bag is allowed per ticket holder. - An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. In case of inclement weather, fans will be directed to the concourse area with assistance from Charles Schwab Field Omaha staff. The tournament will adhere to NCAA lightning policies.

In the event that the game is postponed due to weather, participants and field personnel should seek shelter in their respective clubhouse. Attendees will be directed to the nearest appropriate shelter location, either in the main concourse or in other interior spaces.
